We loved the hotel and immediately booked another stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were courteous, and the lobby was a comfortable space to hang out after check out. The pool is delicious and long enough for a swim work out, and the spa also has a steam room and a sauna (heads up: you need a swim cap or they'll sell you one for about $2 USD). I never checked out the gym but they have one. The breakfast buffet was really good. We had a great experience and will definitely return when in Bogota. Constructive feedback: It would be nice that the pool/spa and gym were available longer hours on Sundays, and the shower is not well designed to drain properly. Overall, we had a great experience though.

Breakfast was much more limited than usual, apparently because maintainance in the main room, however, why clients should receive something less compared to usual breakfast? How can a 4.5 Star Hotel (as advertised) can have so poor amenities at the room? Not even facial tissues which come standard in many 3 Star hotels, Towels at the pool can't be thinner (lighter), again not for a 4.5 Star hotel as advertised.

Frecuento el hotel y hace unos meses presente una queja sugerencia de un problema que siempre se me presenta en el Checkout. Es común que uno quiera permanecer FUERA DE LA HABITACION con la cuenta abierta para poder cargar consumos por razones de negocios dentro del hotel. Bebidas, comida, etc. ya que la estancia en el Lobby o en la zona del Spa deriva la posibilidad de seguir consumiendo una vez que sale el huesped de la habitación. Sin embargo, cuando esto se presenta el staff de recepción no sabe que hacer. Si el huesped da aviso del Checkout, cierran la cuenta y es un problema para los centros de consumo cargar los servicios. Lo he reportado numerosas veces y sigue sin corregirse. POR CORTESÍA, avisé que ya había salido de la habitación como 12.45 PM (en realidad sali desde las 9.30 AM) me pidieron las llaves de la habitación y cerraron la cuenta, restaurante NO PUDO cargar la comida de negocios que tuvimos, salen corriendo que no está el huesped registrado a pesar de que uno gira las indicaciones respectivas. Todo hotel de primera clase no tiene este problema en las cadenas internacionales.
