Excellent service, Excellent staff, Excellent hotel! It is rather far from the airport part in fact of Bogotá's traffic, however, it is situated in very great location. Safe to walk around with plenty of restaurants to satisfy your hunger. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel looks like it was once nice but has fallen to disrepair. The paint on the sideboards is peeling, as well as the wall paper. We had to switch rooms in the middle of the night because apparently there wasn’t any working air conditioning on the whole floor. The spa doesn’t look anything like advertised. The hot tub isn’t hot and had one working jet that unfortunately was impolitely hogged by one guest for the whole duration I was in it. The showers were well working at least. The breakfast had a good offering. If you’re coming for the “the spa” I would reconsider.
