The best part of the stay was the view, which is possibly the best from any location to the east of the reservoir. Otherwise, do not expect much in the way of frills. The cabin was clean. The bed was not really comfortable and felt more like a sofa bed. The fireplace (with poorly-designed chimney) does not adequately exhaust smoke from the cabin. My guess is that it would only work for a one- or (maybe) a two-log fire...anything more overwhelms its capacity for exhausting smoke. The stay was worth the price paid, because of the exceptional view.
