Traveled with family
Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Made the reservation. Upon arrival the hotel was full and could not stay on it. Staff did not help, they just told us it was a problem with the system and to leave. Had to find a differet hotel at 9 pm on an area which looks unsafe.
