Very close to the airport and the hotel connects you to the drivers who were very diligent and punctual. The hotel staff was extremely helpful ans supportive with my dad during a recent trip.

This hotel is surprisingly good for its price. I've stayed in premium Hilton hotels in Bogota and this hotel isn't substantially far behind. The space is limited, but good enough to deal with, the beds are decently sized. The staff knew English enough to help me make a reservation. I needed to make a quick stop away from my other hotel, so I chose this one. I was amazed. There's an elevator, and doors are opened with traditional metal keys.

The staff members are nice, but I had to be moved 2 times. First too many mosquitos in my room, then the hot water wasn't working. I had to bathe with cold water for few days. The door lock had some issues, I wasn't able to open the door, every night someone has to come by and open the door for me. The informed me that the lock has some issues. That was my first time staying there and my last. Too bad because theat place is close to everything.
