"I grew up going to Anchor lake on the weekends so I’m familiar with the lake and area. The house is fully stocked with everything we needed, inside and out. The pictures are accurate, the house and all furnishings are new. The kayaks and canoe are available with paddles, fishing poles, gear, life jackets, minnow trap and bucket. The minnow trap works great with a small piece of bread! We plan to return and stay longer next time!"

"We used this house a home base for a family work trip. It was perfect for needs. Check in and out was easy and accomidating. We have no complaints. We did not use the lake amenities during this trip due to work scheduled, but they look like fun. The screen porch was great to have as extra space."

"We came to celebrate our son's birthday, and everything about our stay was exceptional! We could not have felt more at home and comfortable in the cabin! Our family of 5 always had something to do while on the property, from feeding the deer (personal favorite), to fishing the ponds, walking the trails, catching frogs and lizards, basketball games and an epic cornhole tournament! We had a nice little thunderstorm during our stay that made for great sleeping in the cabin, and the huge covered patio was great for grilling and enjoying the storm. The sunset cruise in the pontoon boat was the nicest, most relaxing trip down the Pearl River, and the perfect way to end our last day in Louisiana. The owners, Bill and Karen, were the absolute best! We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent with them, and the knowledge they both shared. We will definitely be back, and during blueberry season next time!"
