Located right on the Colorado River this 4 bed 3 bath home is gorgeous inside and out. Offering excellent amenities and amazing sunset/sunrise views. This home is perfect for long term rentals especially those looking for warmer weather in the winter months. You can't be any closer to the water and you have your own dock to enjoy your toys!! Please reach out directly if you are interested in a snowbird/longer term rental, we will accommodate discounts.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Clean Colorado River House with Dock and View

This is a clean 4 bedroom house on the Colorado River in a good neighborhood. There is a large deck with plenty of shade, and large driveway for a boat trailer and a few guest cars. All appliances and AC in the house worked great, no issues. The property manager was helpful throughout.
