Tucked in the woods at the top of the property, you will find this rustic and cozy two level cabin. There are wooden stairs from the parking area as this is a top floor unit. Located on the second level, there is a queen bedroom, two twin beds in a loft area, and full bath. The lower level has a pull-out sofa bed and half-bath on along with a full kitchen, washer/dryer combo, and a gas log fireplace. There is a covered seating area with rocking chairs right outside your door to enjoy the mountain air.Just a few steps from the parking area, and you are inside this rustic and cozy two level cabin. The queen bedroom is located upstairs, along with two twin beds in the loft area, and full bath. A pull-out sofa bed and half-bath is on the lower level along with a full kitchen, washer/dryer combo, and a gas log fireplace. This cabin is located toward the top of the property and is shaded by many mature trees. One night's rent + taxes will be charged upon booking. These charges are fully refundable with a 24 hour cancellation, but forfeited in the event of a no call / no show.

Nice stay - close to everything - loved that there wer extra blankets and fans and screen doors. Road inside the facility a bit confusing - we didn't run into anyone on the road but if we had - ti would have been difficult to back up.

Cozy cabin tucked away in the mountains

This lodging was perfect for our weekend trip to Boone for the High Country Beer Fest! The only downside was how the water supply seemed to be shared across all 3 units in Chestnut cabin 37, so there was sometimes low water pressure or no water at all, flowing to the sinks and shower at times when water might've been in higher demand. But overall, it was a very peaceful stay!

Very Cozy Place

We all enjoyed the stay and accommodations! It was perfect for us four guys. The only thing was there was no air conditioning that we could find, so it was a little warm during the day, but cozy at night. The fans mitigated some of the heat though. I would easily stay here again.
