Unfortunately, there was a cleaning issue. The room smelled completely like cat urine which is not something you can get out with housekeeping. We had to move to another hotel since it was so bad.

Booked two days in advance. At check in was told to take a pet room or pay a cancellation penalty. We had a long drive from out of state and were exhausted so we took the pet friendly room. As a veteran travelling for business, setting up a military reunion, I will never book at this location, nor recommend it. The desk clerk was rude and the booking was not acceptable. Take it or pay a penalty is not a solution

It’s ok. The ac worked off and on, mostly off. The pillows smelled funky, like old drool. Bed was ok. Sheets and pillow cases were threadbare, stains on bed coverlet and one of the towels. Breakfast was ok. I was expecting a nicer situation since the last 4 LaQuintas we stayed in were very nice.

Breakfast wasn’t of quality. Coffee cups smelled musty. Room fridge freezer need to be defrosted. Had something in it. Coating on desk chair was so bad. While telling the desk, they wasn’t v concerned about it. Won’t be staying here again.

The room wasn’t good at all. Smelled like dirty feet. The carpet was sticky. The AC smelled horrible and made a rattling sound when it was on. If you have allergies or sensitive sinuses, stay somewhere else. The front desk staff is extremely nice…

The staff were nice but this hotel needs some attention. The 1st floor men’s room urinal was out of order. The marketplace to buy snacks or anything was empty except for some drinks. There was black mold in the 2 rooms we reserved to stay in that was very noticeable on the shower vents. The carpets need cleaned in the hallways because there’s a musty smell. There’s some damages on room doors that are in need of repair/repaint.

Reserved online. Poor appearance and finishing touches. Very dated. Room was better quality, but bathroom was VERY dated. But, for the price, I guess that’s the best they can do. Far past the time, it needs major remodeling. The bathtub was rusted, hot water was sporadic and the pet friendly room we were assigned reached of urine. Wyndham should reconsider having their name associated with this location. We are fans of newer LaQuintas but will not be staying at this location again. Not recommended.
