I complained about a fly in the room as we were leaving for the afternoon and when we returned I requested a swatter and was told that the fly was no more. In the morning there were no coffee cups and only one packet of regular coffee. We needed 2 and 2 cups.

I was in a bit of a bind as my car broke down on the turnpike. The clerk at the desk was so helpful with my booking error and after my unplanned stay Dixit wa helpful in getting me where I needed to go to continue my journey. Customer service was top shelf and I was very grateful.

Motor cycle noise was annoying. The facility is on a hill near an intersection with traffic lights. Decelerating and accelerating noise! We had fly’s in our room!

Staff was not educated on service dogs, or may have simply not cared. I made sure to note in our reservation that there would be two people, each with our own task-trained service dog. The staff verified that note at check in but then proceeded to charge a pet fee for both dogs. Our service dogs are both trained for our individual needs, and are considered medical equipment by law. They are trained to be clean and non-disriptive in hotels. The staff refused to take off the fee. I was coming out of a medical episode and could not argue it. But please, do better. Read state and local laws and abide by them.
