The Sage is a well-designed two-bedroom cottage perfect for visiting scholars, parents, and travelers who prefer personality over cookie-cutter spaces. Inside, you’ll find warm wood floors, cozy living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen with vintage flair.

Both bedrooms feature queen beds with quality linens. A comfy twin futon chair in a pass-thru room off the kitchen provides sleeping space for a fifth guest. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo with fresh white tile.

A cheerful sunroom serves as an alternate back entry and provides access to the deck, while the front porch and porch swing invite you to slow down and enjoy the neighborhood. Walk or bike downtown along the B-Line Trail, or reach IU’s campus in about 20 minutes on foot.
