Front desk staff was really good. The housekeepers were poor. The first day we arrived we had one coffee cup and one regular coffee pod. There were two decaf pods. Most hotels give you two cups. The next day, housekeeping didn’t refill any of the coffee or other items. The third day housekeeping never came by. The fourth day housekeeping decided to knock on the door when there was a do not disturb sign hanging. Of course, this woke us up earlier than we wanted.

Only remark is HVAC unit not working and had to shut it off. It didn’t affect our staying anyway. Clean hotel and room. Our 2nd booking here and both times very satisfied

The room was clean. The hotel and room smelled so good as soon as you walk in. The king room had two tvs in it. The front desk staff were nice and welcoming. I didn’t hear anything during my stay there. I work night shift so it was easy to sleep throughout the day. The bed was super comfortable better than my stays at Hampton Inn and Marriott’s in the area. Would highly recommend staying here.

Tremendous value; sparkling clean; convenient location for Bloomington shopping. The front desk staff was extremely friendly, and the swimming pool had a nice warm temperature as well. Far exceeded expectations.

What a beautiful room and I could have my dog with me. Vast improvement over my previous night in Montgomery, Al. and the price was very reasonable. Will always look for a La Quinta from now on.
