The desk manager was great. He called when we hadn’t checked in by 10:00 to confirm we were still coming and provided food recommendations. The room was clean, beds comfortable. Stayed here on parents weekend and while rates were high for this property, they did not jack up the rates nearly as much as many others. An older family owned place, good choice for an economy motel only 3 miles from campus.

Clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside was no coffee maker in room. Keurig ing machine in the office however. Great place for the price .

They had a new maid they said, but room appeared to have been rented w/o being cleaned at all, food min refrigerator, condom package on floor, long black hair in the bedsheets. owner did appear upset, and all reviews I read said very clean. may be worth another shot at the price

Happy with our stay

Stayed one night. Staff made sure the room heat was turned up before are arival. Called me with check in information because we were ciming in late in the evening. Room was clean and comfortable for our breif stay. Have stayed here in the past and will next time we visit family.

Clean, safe, inexpensive place for the night

No frills motel that offered good value for money. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. Gave me recommendations for the are restaurants and even discussed the real estate market around Bloomington.

Overrated

The room was fine, but it was absolutely bare bones. There was only one chair! And no coffee, shampoo, or clock. I understand this is a motel, but when the average rating was over 7, I was expecting something a bit different. The bathroom was spectacular and bed comfortable, so I would recommend this place, just bring your own amenities!!

It's not the Fritz but it's clean and on the cheaper side of town. Sure it could use some updating like the lighting in the bathroom for us older folks but it had everything else I needed for the week. I will use them again for sure!

We stayed here for a fishing tournament. The owner was very helpful. Had a place where we could park the boat under cameras and plug it in. He volunteered to keep an eye on it so we didn't have to pull it to go eat that night. Rooms were well kept. Much better than dealing with some big hotel.
