Awful accommodations! Room was dirty, hair found in the bathroom upon arrival. Toilet and tub need to be replaced or repainted as paint was peeling making it feel even dirtier. Upon arrival we were told the King rooms we reserved were no longer available and were given double rooms. We didn’t pay for doubles we paid for king beds and were never refunded the difference. I understand it’s an economy hotel but it should still be clean and I should get what I pay for. Not good, do not recommend.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a dozen times and it’s always clean and comfortable. I also can’t say enough for the management team who’ve always gone out of there to accommodate me when I’m in the area. Will be back soon!

I went up without a reservation. The previous day, I had car trouble and was unable to keep my reservation. I could not get a refund. The staff here take great care of me and go out of their way to make my stay a good experience. I don’t need to book through Experia anymore.

The hotel was comfortable. The room was limited in some amenities. No hand towels, no Kleenex. These are things that I found to be present in other super 8 motels
