We stayed here for the pool, so my child could swim, and it was extremely cold. Like too cold to even get in! The hot tub was green and they didn’t have towels stocked in the pool area either. Our coffee pot in the room had a rotten pepper in it. Had the pool and hot tub been warm and clean, the stay would have been perfect.

First, we grossly overpaid because it was graduation weekend and I rented 3 rooms. All the carpet needs to be ripped out. The breakfast and coffee are terrible so don’t pay for that. Not all the toilets in the lobby are functional. Water pressure bad and the temperature isn’t set to allow the water to go very hot or they don’t have the hot water capacity. We had leftover Carol Lee donuts and graduation cupcakes in a box that were covered in ants in the morning. When I went to tell the staff, she had the audacity to first asked me if I spilled anything and then proceeded to say it was because I brought sugar in the room instead of simply saying she would make sure it would be addressed- she argued with me and then her coworker followed it up by being rude saying it was good we were leaving.
