Staff was great other than that. Not so good. When checking in they had to give us another room because the first one has cigarette holes in the comforter lots of dust everywhere and mowed in the AC unit. As soon as you walk out of your car you would get a contact buzz from weed. Walking in the lobby smelt with weed. Staff was great but that about it. The side door should have been locked only getting in with a key but it would not latch so anyone could walk in. I have been Traveling a lot lately and this was the worst!!!!

The hotel is in a good area but off the highway. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. Check in was easy. The lobby and hallways smell of stale smoke but the hotel room itself did not and was clean. The hotel is two floors and there is no elevator, I would suggest requesting a 1st floor room. The pool is closed in September. The bed was comfy and staff was friendly. The breakfast was waffles, mini muffins, bread, two cereal choices, eggs, sausage links, biscuits, yogurt, and oatmeal. The coffee never seems to be hot enough for whatever reason. I would recommend it for a short stay if you're not going to be at the hotel much.

The room and bathroom is clean. The front desk agent was excellent, check in was very quick. The parking area however is not quite secure in my opinion. Overall though the property is not bad at all. I can’t comment on the breakfast because I just checked in. Will comment in the morning when I see it.

Needs better attention by housekeeping. There were empty wrappers sitting on the vending machine, trash from the coffee station fell behind the counter and is visible through the glass wall in the dining area. The nightstand in our room appears to have been sprayed but not wiped because it was still wet and sticky. There were a couple of toy balls left in a cabinet. The room also smelled musty as if the carpet had been wet in the past.

The front lady at the desk was very helpful. The handicap room 103 needs to be beeter equipped for a handicap person in a wheelchair needs a hand held shower head a roll in shower wouldn't hurt or a better shower chair and a couple of handicap handles in the shower if some was paralyzed from the waste down they wouldn't be able to take a shower.mmove the shampoo and conditioner lower and closer to the front of the shower
