Walk to Lake Tomahawk park, explore downtown Black Mountain and hike the best of the best in Montreat. Asheville is just 15 minutes away.

1 queen bed with side table and plug-in station; 2 comfy lounge chairs with large coffee table and clean Ruggable rug; shelving, rod with hangers and bins for storage; full-length mirror; kitchenette with all the amenities needed for a long-weekend stay; full bath; entry hallway with hooks and door to the outside yard and driveway. Tasteful art, plant decor, and lots of lighting options to create an exceptional experience.

To make your stay easy and comfortable, we provide coffee, tea, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, games, books, a yoga mat, hair dryer, and other essentials so you can focus on an enjoyable stay in Black Mountain.

We were in town to visit our son for Family Weekend at Montreat College. We had a wonderful stay at this studio cottage! The space was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and went out of their way to be accommodating, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this property!

I have been looking for a small, quiet, affordable place to stay when visiting my daughter at Montreat College. Everything was perfect for me. No TV, but sometimes you just need to turn off the electronics and enjoy a great book. Great restaurants in town and so easy to bring left overs back to heat up later. Definitely will be back.

Everything was as decribed, good area and clean. Only issue is it needs an iron. I had to go buy one to avoid having wrinkled clothes. Unexpected expense. First time not having one in any vacation/trip rental or hotel. Very easy checkin and checkout

Perfect little place

We loved our stay beautiful neighborhood awesome views and close to Pisgah Brewing for a show and downtown for dinner and hanging out! Will be back!
