Arrived and our room was unfortunately dirty. Sheets were clearly dirty with hairs and dirt. Got moved to a new room (which was very nice of them) but this one was not very clean. There was stuff on the counter, floor, and smelled like garlic. Pool burned our skin. Otherwise, the hotel is nice.

The hotel was o.k., overrall, however, after checking in, we realized that our room had not been properly cleaned, (coffee grounds in the coffee pot, crumbs, dirt, and hair on the floor, etc). We also found that the cross trainer in the fitness center didn't work- told the front desk about these things, and they said they'd credit our account, but we don't see a credit applied.

It was definitely a step up in everything to bed quality, cleanliness, features, and I might add that the breakfast was next level quality. But when it came to take a shower before we left…no water pressure…at least a minute for my lady to rinse her hair.
