Took forever for desk staff to check us in. Carpet in room is stained and ripped up in several areas. Sitting chair was stained and dirty. Bathroom faucet sprays errant and needs fixing. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious but clearly maintenance and updating is neglected. For what we paid expected better.

The bed was very comfortable! We had a good night's sleep. The air conditioner was quite noisy. The bathroom was dated. There were no bedside lamps to read by. Although we were traveling without pets and expected to be in an area with no pets we could hear a dog barking next door.

The people were nice, even though the room close to an elevator that I requested, and they said they could give me, was about the farthest it could be from sn elevator. It smelled bad in the hallway. I held my breath as I walked to my room. Poorly maintained: missing carpet pieces and countertops patched with brown stuff that looked like tobacco,

The towel bar in the bathroom is falling off the wall. Also would have been nice to know in advance that they place a $100 hold on your card for a week to 10 days for incidentals. Why so long?

The first room smelled like vomit and bleach and the bathroom light didn’t work. The room we switched to wasn’t very clean either but was ok. The front desk staff was very friendly tho and the breakfast was decent.
