This hotel is amazing! The rooms are so clean and it smells delightful. So does the linen. The person at reception was great. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in a few hotels during our trip. This one was the best by far.

When I arrived mid-afternoon, there was new snow and the side walk and entry way had not been shoveled or even sanded or salted. This made it quite slippery. Prompt snow removal should be a top priority for your guests. Many of us have mobility issues and frail bones.

Only thing i would say is i initially book room with cc and planned on paying at location however, entire payment came out of first card. Then when i get there hotel staff request another cc and that takes the whole payment again. So i paid double of 2 seperate charges. Other then that it was ok.
