The room we got was not clean. There was heavy dust on an end table. Not able to sign into get the tv on and the desk person was no help at all. No way to to control the heat temp so had to use the AC to keep the room comfortable. This will be the last time we we’ll be staying here.

The hotel smelled like wet dog. The heater didn’t work in my room. Rooms were severely dated and destroyed with a large police presence.

Were given one key to a room, and when we entered, someone from within said "Hey you are in the wrong room!" The bathroom was dirty, and a towel from the last guest still hanging on the door of the bathroom. The caulking around the tub cracked and about a half inch above the tub, not sealing wall from tub at all. It was one of the cheapest hotels in Bismarck, so we expected an older motel, which we don't mind, but dirty is something else.

Hotel was very dirty. Breakfast area was filthy. Dry food/liquid spilled all down the front of the cupboards, didn’t look like it had been vacuumed regularly. Hallway to our room smelled horrible of Marijuana. We were stuck in a snow storm and needed to a place to stay. You definitely get what you pay for. Will never stay here again and I do not recommend it!
