The bathroom walls and door were very rusted. The jetted tub was not clean and I had to clean it myself before using. Overall the appearance of the room was ok but I felt it could’ve been better. The appearance of the rusty bathroom just threw off the ambience of the room. Bed wasn’t comfy either. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again.

This hotel is very run down. The deadbolt didn’t work on our door which left us feeling very unsafe while sleeping. The bathroom was dirty and when I brought it to the front desks attention they tried to gas light me and told me it wasn’t dirty (There was actual feces on the wall). The tub was dirty and dingy and had mold growing under the bath mat that looks like it has never been replaced.

Upon arrival at 8pm, the hotel had a strong, spicy food smell that we could even smell up to the second floor where we stayed. The hotel clerk announced our room number aloud when another guest was in earshot, which I did not like since that can be a huge safety issue. Both my husband and I slept horribly. We've never stayed at a Country Inn before, so I don't know if it's the norm to only have 3 tiny pillows on the bed, but they were so uncomfortable and our room was so hot throughout the night even though we had the temperature set at 64. Breakfast was okay. Will never stay here again. Just an overall bad experience.

Kumar was the best. He explained everything and also offered us everything we could have like free popcorns, chips, water, peanut bars, fruits and coffee. I mean, we’ve never welcomed like this before. This is my new home in Bismarck.

Hotel was clean with a great continental breakfast. Coffee station always available. Rooms were clean, however, in our suite we needed to use the pullout couch. The mattress on that was blood stained. The bathroom in our room clogged with only toilet paper being used and no staff would assist to fix the clog. Instead after asking repeatedly, they offered my husband a plunger to fix it, which he was unable. We had to go to the main bathroom near the lobby if we needed to use the restroom. Which then later clogged as well. Finding staff in the hotel past 7pm was very difficult. Calling the desk and also ringing the bell at the desk brought no help, it almost seemed as though no one worked there.

the reason we booked a room here was for my daughter’s birthday. upon booking you are told that you are allowed 6 wristbands for the swimming pool, and that additional wristbands can be purchased for $10 each. so upon check in we were very upfront and requested 2 more wristbands as were anticipating 8 swimmers. we were told this was unneccesary as it was sunday and the hotel was not full. we then went to our room and were told that we cannot have a birthday party without booking the balcony above the pool which is $300. we declined this, had some words with the staff and completed our daughter’s party. we left the room as clean as we found it (did not actually spend the night). this hotel needs to realize that guests may book rooms to take advantage of the pool, and that the guests will not cause damage to the rooms. what is the point of allowing 6 wristbands for the pool and charging $10 for additional wristbands if birthday parties are not allowed?
