Room was larger than expected. Toilet flapper valve came off it's hinges twice so water closet wouldn't fill (fixed it myself). Bathroom sink faucet handle very loose and leaked profusely when pressed on pivot point. WiFi was unusable, probably inadequate bandwidth for the number of guests. Evening desk attendant (remotely located) couldn't help with WiFi. Voiced my intention to check out one day early on the day before checking out but was still charged for the night I didn't stay. I WAS NOT HAPPY.

We chose the hotel because of the Wyndham name. The initial view of hotel and location gave us doubts of staying there. Reception was regular at best. The room #115 was last room available according to reception. We took it as it was late and I had already paid. Upon entering this King Suite, we were shocked at the furnishings and condition. We again considered leaving but most of Bishop was sold out. The sleeping area was the only accurate description of the room in the ad. The room was clean but in quite disrepair. Curtains hanging from rod, door lock had been broken off at least once. We have traveled to Europe, Mexico,Canada and throughout the US. We have seen other Wyndham properties and they were far superior. The price for the one night seemed high and was high after seeing conditions of the room. Again we stayed because of late hour and available rooms. There were no security issues, just a run down hotel.

Check-in was poor. I got there early and they wanted to charge an additional $25 for 1hr. I understand it's "policy" but what happened to having a little extra consideration? Then the person at the desk previously went to a back room and check-in was on a kiosk that barely worked. No personal connectivity at all. The breakfast Danish was cheap and the only other food was cereal or yogurt. The property was nice and the room was clean but the whole experience did not have that comfort feeling.

Room was clean, the coffee maker was in the bathroom which is odd, very unsanitary, in my opinion, since the lids to cover the coffee cups were not wrapped up, just sitting on top of stacked cups. They do serve breakfast, area is very small, two tables with eight chairs, all the staff was eating there no place to sit, we went out to eat. It was noisy, refrigerator made noise all night, at 4:00am maybe staff was working on b’fst, there was lots of noise behind our room, which was 2nd room from office. Other than that our stay was fine, a shower, a bed to sleep in, just hoped for more sleep.

My rating would have been much higher if we didn’t have to pay around $300 (twice the actual value IMO) for a night. Toilet clogged easily and the included breakfast was the absolute bare minimum I have ever seen. It was clean and staff responded to issues promptly.

Parking lot is small with little room to maneuver. Room was picked up but not much else floor was dusty and there were food crumbs on the sofa. Check-in was virtual. Some may like that but I prefer a person be there. We won’t be back.

Not what was advertised

Pool was shut down. AC unit was loud and rattled. Breakfast was the worst we've ever had. Check in was a mess with there kiosk. (Didn't work). Tv didn't work, every day went to front desk to fix it. Only 3 local channels and a lot of information/sale channels. Area is walkable, but would not recommend this hotel/motel..

The basin had no stopper The bathroom area: Towel Rack mounted way out of level plus screw holes are not puttied, looks. real tacky. Caulking looks old and needs to be removed and put in new. Painting looks like it was done by a 2 year old. The paintwas brushed on tile and anything else that touched it.
