6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
As a solo traveler my room was very accommodating and the setup was efficient and effective for leisure and work. As a female traveler the room color scheme was drab and not welcoming--it wasn't energizing. My king-size bed was a sleep magnet but the sound of the running water from the toilets were overwhelming. If you want nice and quiet the hotel is in the perfect location.

Disliked: Amenities
The hotel refused to accept cash as a form of payment, which is inconvenient for guests and, depending on local law, may not even be legal. Adding insult to injury, the self-service laundry room was completely out of order. And the machines only accept coins, and require 12 quarters per use.

This hotel staff were excellent. The parking is weird, get a good explanation before you commit to paying the hotel. Room was ok. No microwave. Pool was dirty and smelled like a chemical factory. Saw a roach. Pest control came a sprayed. Gave feedback to staff and they credited my account. Breakfast was ok.
