Conditions were old but it was clean. Excellent value @£45 Staff were friendly and courteous. My issue was with bathroom, some mould on ceiling which could easily be rectified. Toilet seat was very wobbly, again easily rectified and not sure why this was because surely housekeeping would have noticed. Shower knob not working properly so did not have shower as I was going home anyway.

Room 136 bathroom has the radiator plumbing bypassed so it has no heating at all. It was quite handy in this case as I need somewhere to store my milk and it freezing in there. In all I was not impressed with the room and was looking forward to checking out.
