Communication regarding check-in was awful. Room was really cold when I got in. Couldn't lock door at first, had to mess about freeing rhe lock (should not be my job!!) No towels or soap available. No hot water on tap. No tea/coffee making facility, although there was a kettle so at least I could get some hot water, but no cups/mugs. Went down into what I'd believed was a communal lounge & kitchen to be told by a chap who was sleeping in the lounge that it is a private room (No lock on door!!) Woke this morning to an extremely cold room, couldn't turn on heater

I liked that i could heat up my food but the noise from the music and laughter from a near by party or club (not sure which one) could be heard till midnight

I can sum it up in one word: Terrible. Please do not bother. It is a house with locks on rooms advertised as Rentals. Dismass service.
