The home was not very clean when we arrived. The linens were stained on the beds, there were bugs, the toilet was unsafe and unstable, and there were no washcloths, hand towels, or body towels in the bathroom. I feel bad because I have never written a poor review before. If we had not arrived late at night in the rain, I would have left and asked for a full refund. I contacted the property management company about these issues and asked if we could get a partial refund. They did respond, but never followed up afterward. This was a very expensive property and was not worth a third of what we paid. We were disappointed.
