Check in took about 35 to 45 minutes and only one customer service person was working. The distance from parking garage to lobby is a bit too long and carts were not visible at the time of my arrival. Charging $23 per night to park is ridiculous.

Absolutely loved my stay at Hyatt Regency Birmingham. It has everything in relatively close proximity for convenience and the staff there were so warm and welcoming, the rooms were nice and clean. To top it off, the hotel is attached to a mall and that’s like two experiences in one. I would definitely recommend 🙌

When we checked in there was a half drunk bottle of water on the counter when you came in the door to the left. House keeping was next door and quickly fixed the problem. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Overall it was okay. We arrived a little late as we stay a few hour away and were on our way to Orlando the following day. We are a streaming movie family and were really disappointed not have a smart tv or option for streaming services. Channels were not the best. The room was nice. Beds were comfortable. Our first room smelled like marijuana. It was no issue for front desk to give us a new room. We were appreciative. I paid for breakfast for the family. We headed down the following morning and quickly walked out after picking up multiple plates and realizing that NONE of them were clean. It was as if someone forgot to put them in the dishwasher or simply rinsed them once with water. The room itself served the main purpose. It provided a place to sleep for our extended travel.
