We had some difficulty when checking in. We were given our room key, and when we went into the room and entered, there were people that were already occupying the room. They were in a state of partial dress, and it was very embarrassing all around. When I returned to the Desk in the lobby, I was given a key to a different room, of course. It was merely inconvenient and embarrassing. However, when using the shower, it’s very apparent that the mixing valve of the plumbing for the shower is in need of repair. First of all, it alternated either between almost scalding, hot to freezing cold and the response time to attempts to adjust the water temperature seem to have a lag time of about 15 to 20 seconds. All in all it was not a very pleasant shower experience this was in room 502. I would suggest that some of your maintenance staff look into this issue.

The property is dated, the beds are in need of an upgrade, and there were small things missed by housekeeping. There was a dirty sock behind the guest chair and a dirty contact case by the bed in the floor. These were minor, but it makes me wonder what else was missed that we could not see. I would love to see this property reclaim its old glory.
