Our stay was terrible. The room was not cleaned properly. The toilet was not clean. Pillows and pillow cases had yellow stains on them. The toilet was overflowing and it took forever for someone ro finally show up. When he did he was rude. I would've recommend this hotel, but if you do choose to stay here be sure to check your bedding and inspect your bathroom especially the toilet. At least make sure it is flushing properly.

I love Hyatt hotel. I always stay Hyatt . This hotel for some reason the floor carpet is not clean like other states. Break fast not good 0 test for the scramble eggs. No glass for juice or water we have to use coffee cups for everything. The sheets and the mattress are clean and comfortable. Just need more effort like other Hyatt hotels!!

First night no working ice machine. We bought two rooms. Both with an ant issue. Crawling on the ceilings and walls. Exchanged room with an ant in my bed the next morning. Needs updates in the whole establishment. Back door by the pool left open all day and night. NOT SAFE! Great location. Poor management.

My first time staying at this property and my room smelled like mildew and the AC did not really remove the moisture from the room. There were stains on the carpet. The room, though, is spacious. So there needs to be more room maintenance. Everything else was fine and the service was good. The hot breakfast was basic (scrambled eggs, sausage links and grits).

Has gone very downhill

The photos are a bit deceiving. I stayed here a few years ago on the way to the beach and it’s gone quite downhill. The carpet in the room was absolutely gross. Stains everywhere. Same for the little couch in there. Overall the room didn’t feel like it had really been cleaned… kind of seemed like all that was done between guests was change bedding. The breakfast left so much to be desired and coffee tasted like dirty water. The lobby was well kept but that’s about it. Wouldn’t stay here again.
