The front desk staff seemed uninterested in checking me in. The facility was very worn and dirty. The hallways outside our rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Very uncomfortable!

Something different!

Fruit flies and one roach in the room Window view was a rooftop with a HVAC systems. Remote control didn't work for TV. Flashing red light on the phone means nothing. I thought I had a message. The breakfast food was cold when it's supposed to be hot breakfast. Management would like to compensate me, but since we did this to a third-party little complicated could take a couple months. But they were trying to be accommodating from management standpoint..

Great staff, dated facility in need of repair

The staff is great and very helpful. The hotel is in need of major repairs. We had issues with broken bathroom tiles, a toilet that ran almost constantly, cracked walls and ceilings. Several doors had visibly broken locks and one elevator was out of service. I chose the hotel based on good reviews, but no way are they accurate. I wouldn't stay here again.

Convenient location - questionable air quality

Start with the positive - the staff was really great, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect - we went to a nearby show at Saturn and flew out the next morning. Parking was easy. Unfortunately the hotel itself is worn and showing the need for a refresh. But the musty smell in our room - and out in the corridors and the lobby - was really difficult. The windows don't open, and even leaving the AC on high while we were at the concert did nothing to remove the smell. We both left with sore throats.
