I had stayed at the Hassinger-Daniels a couple years ago, when it was still being run by the previous person who had rooms with a beautiful decor and a great breakfast. The place is still beautiful, the bed was great, and I slept great, but the old beautiful furnishings are mostly gone now. And since it's been sold to a private equity firm, they no longer serve breakfast. All you can get now is water from a dispenser and coffee from a Keurig. I was grateful for the water, and I was grateful for the worker who found our missing water bottle. That said. It's still a charming place. But if you want breakfast, you need to go to the pancake house down the street.
