It was a little weird to have cleaning service try to open the door around 8am. I thought they'd wait until we left. Other than that, great stay.

I am very upset there was a water leak on the fifth floor all the way down to the loby causing a puddle on the seramic floor.their was no way to avoid it except going through it.this caused my other half to slip and fall backward causing him to strain himself trying to maintain their where no caution wet floor sighns near the sight for atleast four hours.He is now in pain in his lower back due to this situation.

Would definitely use this hotel again. My only complaint was it seemed to be an issue to get extra pillows. Had to ask multiple times and multiple people. Finally got some the next day. Then later that afternoon someone else brought more up. All in all definitely going on our family’s will stay at list.

We were only here for one night but we were very surprised how big our room was. Very nice area as well. The area was quiet, but the air conditioner was making a weird noise but other than that, we liked our stay and hotel. Also, super easy to watch TV and the streaming services were easy.
