Our location is simply the best! Our family friendly 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home is located just minutes away from Downtown. We are in close proximity to UAB Hospital which makes us an ideal location for traveling nurses. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet and it’s surrounded by many things to do. If you’re looking for entertainment the Birmingham Zoo, Botanical Gardens and Boutique style shops are just around the corner. There are several great restaurants, parks and a public golf course nearby. Not to mention the quick accessibility to the interstate. Again location, location, location!

Very nice, clean home in a very nice area, roomy and bright. Quick & easy communication with host. We came to town to see Phish at Coca-Cola Amphitheater & it was a quick drive to & from there. Close to shopping & restaurants. The only negative, if you want to call it that, was it would be nice to sit out back after dark without security lights coming on but that’s not that serious. We would definitely stay here again! Great stay!

Very Well Appointed

Traveled to Birmingham to visit family. Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. This home was very well appointed. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed to create a complete meal. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the water was hot when needed. The nejghborhood is very safe and close to everything within 15-20 minutes. I highly recommend and would definitely stay in the future.

Bama Graduation weekend

We rented this home knowing Tuscaloosa was going to be crazy busy and expensive. We definitely made the correct decision. The home is the nicest and cleanest home we have ever rented through VRBO. The pics are accurate and the home is actually larger than I thought it would be. It is nice to have two living areas and I really liked the upstairs being a separate living area. The location is great and is in an upscale part of town. The closes Piggly Wiggly is also in an upscale part of Mountain Brook, only a couple minutes away. I have never seen a Piggly Wiggly that I would consider high-end in appearance but this one is. The kitchen is well stocked, the dining area is large, and the main living is comfortable. All the rooms are modern and it looks like it could be listed in a Southern Living Magazine shoot. The host was responsive and entrance to the home was easy. The complaints about the garage had us prepared. It is a rather small garage, part of one side is affected by the steps to enter the house. We had a Ford Explorer and just parked it diagonally with absolutely no problems. We parked the other car across the street in the designated area and it was not a problem. Others complained you had to enter the home to open the garage. Again, this was a non issue. I would 100% stay at this home again.
