Good overnight stay

Much of the hotel felt a bit dated. However the room was clean and in good shape. I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order during our stay. The staff were extremely polite and professional.

Wish I’d booked a premier inn

The staff were not that friendly. The air con panel was broken in our room and the room was very cold. Rather than offering us another room where it was not broken we were just given a portable heater. The decor in the room was tired with wall paper peeking at the edges and shower screen leaked making water on a tired bathroom floor dangerous. Charging £8.00 a day for parking when you are on an industrial estate seems excessive and wasn’t a pleasant surprise.

Good to get to by car but impossible to walk out of and go to surrounding shops as on a busy carriageway. Bathroom was ok but lots of brown areas around shower seals and corners in bathroom which is always a bit icky.

My stay from beginning to end was excellent. Really welcoming staff, lovely room, nice pool facilities, was a great stopping point for myself and my 5 year old grandson. It was also an excellent price, and included a delicious breakfast. Would definitely use in future if passing that way.

Disgusted - worst service ever and zero accountabi

Disgusting ! Booked and paid for 4 nights. Something came up I couldn’t get there Monday. I arrived Tuesday evening to be told because I’d not arrived Monday they cancelled the whole week - shouldn’t matter that I didn’t check in - I paid for the week and they were now fully booked. I was told they had only charged me for the Monday. They lied
