I travel often and usually travel with all the bells and whistles. With this economy watching my funds is a must more than ever. I booked this hotel coming in for a quick one night stay for a concert. I was so worried what I was going to walk into. Was really worried if I was going to be creeped out by lack of sanitation or just plain old old hotel. Pleasantly surprised to find a really decent hotel. By far not a 5star but for $150 a night compared to $300+ a night, I’d recommend this hotel all day. They didn’t have the gross carpet in the rooms which I always appreciate. They room are clean, bathrooms clean, shower clean. And parking was free. Sign me up again.

Room was very nice but almost didn’t get our room because of the desk clerk he wasn’t ugly or rude but we had trouble using the Drury gift card because my card that was on file they wanted a $50 essentials fee and my card supposedly wouldn’t work which I used earlier and it was fine tried using another card declined it so basically even though the room was paid for we were not going to be able to check in because of the essentials fee $50 that wasn’t going to be charged? A lady next to us used her card and it went through and the desk clerk said she wouldn’t be charged for the essentials fee! I was really embarrassed and it was embarrassing for my husband after driving 3 hours to get there for a operation on 11/14/25 @6:00 am the desk clerk handled this with other people around us and I really thought that I was going to have to sleep in my car even though our room was paid for! I really think we should have a refund of something for the embarrassment and almost not being able to check in with a paid reservation!

After reading the reviews I had high expectations, so I was disappointed. The location was safe and the bed comfy, but the shower we thought had no hot water, only to call reception and be told it was ‘back to front’ so cold = hot and vice versa. It would have been nice to have been told about this when we checked in. The tv didn’t work but we got a new remote quickly so this wasn’t the end of the world. Breakfast was ok- not amazing as the other reviews led me to believe. The gym was really basic too. Value for money wise, this wasn’t great. It’s comparable to a motel 6 really
