I was told there was a heated pool before I booked get there pool isn't heated. The door near the entrance with the handicap ramp did not open with the key. Also water was off for a few hours during one of the days of my 3 day stay.

When we first got to our room the cleaner smell was over powering, the bathroom door didn’t lock, and it smelled like marijuana in the hallway. It was okay for a pinch but wouldn’t choose it again. The breakfast was okay, but the staff didn’t even talk and was on her phone the whole time. Overall I’d give it a 4/10.
