Incredible space with modern furnishings and beautiful decor. Newly remodeled and professionally designed and decorated. Located in the Theater District near the Alabama & Lyric Theater. Exposed brick wall and floor to ceiling curtains take this loft to the next level. Walking distance to Railroad Park and minutes to award winning restaurants.
We ask that any locals provide additional information about guests and reason for stay. We do not allow parties or unregistered guests.

We had a change of plans due to unforeseen circumstances- the owner upgraded us to Loft 3 which was very beautiful, spacious, well-stocked and very convenient to our conference at the BJCC. There was an elevator, but I am not sure if it worked. There was a set of stairs in the front and back entrance. The place felt secure with the key pad entrys on all doors. We had a lot of issues with parking due to some miscommunication. They do have on site garage parking but if you have full size SUVs they will not fit in the spot and you will need to be prepared to pay parking fees. The parking out front is 2hr and must be renewed every 2hrs the parking lot to the left of the building is either 8 or 12hrs at a time.

Beautiful City Loft

The property is unique, nicely appointed and chic. Everything was spotless and comfortable and perfect for my husband and I and our teenage son. The host was kind enough to leave snacks and we had everything we needed for the weekend. Great location and nice to have safe parking attached to the property. We will definitely return!
