Wir waren im Herbst 2013 das letzte mal in der Villenanlage. Dieses Jahr waren wir vom 16.06.23 - 24.06.23 in der Villa Gudrun. Da ich gerne nachts fahre, waren wir schon um 10 Uhr in der Rezeption. Wir wurden von 2 sehr netten Damen empfangen. Welch eine Freude, denn die Kurkarten waren schon vorbereitet. Selbst für unsere Cairn Terrier Fellnase war eine Kurkarte auf seinen Namen fertig. TG Stellplatz auf dem Doppelparker war gut anzufahren. Die Wohnung im 1. Stock war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Blick auf die Promenade/Ostsee. Die Wohnung die wir hatten kann ich vorbehaltslos EMPFEHLEN. Wenn es gesundheitlich klappt, dann werden wir nochmals im Oktober 2023 für 14 Tage buchen. Auf jeden Fall werden wir 2024 wieder in der Villen Anlage buchen.

Schönes, großzügiges Appartement, sehr gut ausgestattet, tolle Lage direkt an der Promenade, Meerblick vom Esstisch grandios. Gern wieder! Nur Parkplatzsituation in Binz ausgesprochen schwierig (Halteverbot oder gebührenpflichtig), daher haben wir den Platz in der Tiefgarage in Anspruch genommen. Dieser ist auch sehr teuer, aber zumindest nah am Appartement.

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Direkte Sicht auf die Ostsee, die zu dieser Jahreszeit ständig ihr Aussehen ändert. Super war auch dass es im Bad zwei Waschbecken gab. Da wir zu sechst in der Wohnung waren, haben wir das Schlafsofa genutzt. Für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend. Es war total schön Silvester in Binz feiern zu können.
