Parking lot is safe. Motel needs maintenance: glass missing from door, leak in hallway ceiling (for at least 2 days). Towels and sheets were clean and ready to use. Air conditioning, water works. Refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave all work. Face plate for electric outlet is missing. Breakfast is meager: toast, dry cereal, waffle; coffee.

Smelled of mold and cigarettes. Could barely fit into the bathroom and if you turned on the fan it sounded like a truck engine. Only pancakes for breakfast. By far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and we payed $250 a night. Should gets FULL refund.😡😡😡

We got there in the room was disgusting there was urine on the sheets. The best I've had a black ring around at so I went down and asked for a second room to give me another room to the Sheets Were stained the coffee maker had somebody else's coffee grounds in it. The bathtub had a black ring around it they had an office chair there which was ripped apart and broken. It was a non-smoking Hotel but they were burnt holes in the comforter.

The man at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. However, he told me to check the sheets when we got in the room. That is not really a request that instills confidence in the hotel you are staying at. The sheets were clean though. One of the doors to our room had a broken bolt lock. Overall we had a fine stay, but I probably would not stay there again.

We didnt stay .. this was binghamton not the vestal hotel which is nice .. sheets were soiled with large brown spot ,room smelled strongly of cigarette some , hallway rugs were black with dirt .. were told we could change the sheets ourselves or cancel … we cancelled ..

The place was dirty and disgusting ..I took pics of the sludge down walls in entryway where trash sat outside the barrel for the 2 days we were there.. didn't even want to touch the doors to get upstairs to my room.. wouldn't dare walk barefoot in the room... we actually checked for bedbugs because the place was dirty..so embarrassed to have to bring my mom here but couldn't get refunded.. just trying to get a receipt was a chore.. they acted like I was a nuance because THEY couldn't understand english!!.

The owner was at the front desk when I got there there is a Harley Davidson party going on across the parking lot. I asked you were part of that party. He said if you’re not happy, don’t check in leave again I asked are you part of that party and he said well if you’re not happy, don’t check in. He betrayed me for 30 minutes before he gave me a room but apparently had no heat.
