The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude when asked very simple questions. I asked how much the hold on my card would be, wanted to make sure it wasn’t charged for the room as the room was already paid for. He refused to answer anything and alluded to the fact I would be charged more if I didn’t comply. When I explained that I was asking a simple question he was ridiculously argumentative. And almost threatening to cancel the reservation. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

The hotel is located just off the interstate. The area is okay but a bit run down. The hotel itself was fine, but it could certainly use some work. My door didn't close completely; it seemed like it had been kicked in or something. The room was missing a coffee maker and the coffee items had already been used by a previous occupant. The room was acceptable, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
