Great hotel!

Very nice hotel - clean, new, modern decor and staff are very friendly and fluent in English. Rooms are spacious and furnishing is new and well maintained. Lobby area is great for work, comfort and relaxing. Hotel is not in the centre, but a short 5-10 minute walk which is a good thing as there is often parking available outside the hotel and there is an underground parking lot 1 minute down the road. Overall a great hotel to stay at in Bilbao. Good experience, comfortable stay.

Great hotel in Bilbao center, close to bus stop to get around and only a 15 min walk to the museum. The hotel is new so has modern amenities and the staff is very helpful. The room was very spacious and absolutely loved the shower. While the area around the hotel is not great, it’s safe and would recommend this hotel.

Really lovely clean room. Bed was very big and the room was clean. The area is very quiet and it is a good 25 minute walk to the busy areas. It is a little bit uphill on the walk back! Close to a train station and the buses are good.
