The direct Bizkaibus bus line (A-3247) runs from Loiu Airport to the Bilbao Intermodal Station; buses run every 15–30 minutes and cost approximately €3.

If you need to check in or out before or after the standard check-in and check-out times, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

You can choose to check in independently or have us meet you in person. It’s up to you!

COVID-19: For a safer stay, we’ve installed an electronic access system (smart lock) and online check-in process that ensures our guests can arrive without any physical interaction, if they prefer.
We’re also delighted to welcome you and greet you in person safely (wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, and practicing hand hygiene).
We follow the guidelines set by health authorities (enhanced cleaning protocols, social distancing, mask-wearing, 24-hour remote support).
-Smoking area: Smoking is only permitted on the terraces (there are two).
-Check-in day: Please let us know your approximate arrival time at the apartment as soon as possible.
-Please complete the guest registration form upon arrival (as required by official regulations).
