The location is perfect literally 10 mins walk from Bilbao train station and everything within Bilbao was within walking distance if you prefer exploring on foot The bedroom dose not have air con and I did not like the shower, it felt really cramped. Besides that the staff are very helpful and the reception area is very nice.

If this building was in a different part of town, it would be incredible. And probably twice the price. As is, it's a rough street, lots of seemingly homeless people and shouting through out the night. My room was ground floor, street side so I kept the window covered so people couldn't look in. But the room is great, nice bed, great kitchen area, nice bathroom, helpful staff etc.

I would describe this as a university dormitory in a fantastic central location. It is perfect if you are planning to be out exploring all day and just need a convenient base to drop your bags. The staff were lovely, very helpful and the price for a weekend stay was of great value. That said, the amenities are quite basic (think all-in-one shower gel and hairdryers available on request). It can also be a little lively with street noise and neighbouring rooms. Overall, this is a good budget-friendly option in a great location, especially if you are prioritising convenience over luxury.

Located near train station - good for transport, poor for loads of drugs and homeless immigrants. Some nice places to eat, and close to city centre. Cafe for breakfast is some distance away, across 2 busy roads. Breakfast OK though. Limited vending machines at high prices. Zero amenities. No parking. Train station parking cost €40 for 2 days, and felt very insecure (but we weren't robbed). Very small room and even smaller bathroom. Beds very basic. No cooling at all, not even a desk fan. Essentially, this is the university creaming as much as they can from unfilled accommodation. Very expensive for what it is.

Room good and staff friendly and helpful. Well situated for all the main sights BUT the junkies, drug pushers and illegal street vendors on the street outside was quite unacceptable. I have travelled quite extensively in my long life and have stayed in fairly rough areas and have never felt nervous, but this time I was!!! Has anyone from Expedia actually checked out this place?
