Terrific location for exploring the Ribera Market, the old town and the modern shopping area. Can walk to the Guggenheim in about 25 mins along the river. Staff were very helpful. Underground public parking available about 150 yds away with a hotel discount. Rooms are well appointed but quite small, but public area is lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Liked the hotel. Staff were fantastic. Bit disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn’t open (only opens in the late spring through summer) and important to be aware that the hotel, whilst on the edge of the old town, can get some quite noisy people wandering by at all hours of the night

I booked the hotel due to the name NYX Hotel Bilbao Roof top hotel. The roof top was closed and there was no info regarding that when booking the hotel. They claimed that it was wintertime however there were restaurants everywhere in town with people sitting outside. This was a disappointment.
