This hotel is a absolute gem centrally located in Casco Viejo, Bilbao. I recommend it highly based on my nine day stay at this hotel. The front desk staff are wonderful. Always willing to hep with a smile. We choose the daily breakfast option which was served daily at the attached Ola restaurant. Breakfast was wonderful and served daily by their professional staff. If my wife and I visit Bilbao again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

Lovely room excellent staff fantastic breakfast. The air conditioning had issues because of the extraordinary heat of that day. Also, there were technical issues with the television that were not discovered until we turned on the TV. That said, I would stay there again. The location is excellent.
