I stayed in a studio apartment, with a firm but comfortable bed, a good shower, and a comfortable sitting area. The small kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave, electric hob, and plenty of dishes and cutlery. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was with the parking, which is beneath a residential building along the street - the key for the pedestrian gate did not work, so I used the ramp to enter and exit on foot - one evening I was stopped by an angry resident, who shouted at me for using the ramp, and it was quite distressing. The hotel manager told me they know about the problem with the lock on the gate, but they can do nothing about it. Note - the hotel only has three parking spaces, so if you need the parking I recommend you contact them to reserve it immediately after booking.

We booked a one bed apartment. I was staying with my mum, so she had the bedroom and I took the sofa bed. The apartment was gorgeous. I didn't want to leave. Modern and really big. We both had loads of room. Couldn't fault the room. The girls on reception were v.nice and helpful, and the location was near the Funicular, the Guggenheim and the old town. Would totally recommend.

Very accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable accommodations. The only issue was the dryer didn’t generate any heat. Staff were accommodating in providing a dryer rack and drying swim of our clothes. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

This hotel was located in a relatively convenient place for walking to local attractions such as the Guggenheim Museum. It was clean, spacious had nice bathrooms and a very friendly staff. It was a little on the pricey side, but still not a bad value at all.

Really close to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. We stayed during the power outage so luckily was in the property when it happened. The vernicular is close by and it was great to have a kitchen to cook food with. Very smart suite and very quiet. Would stay here again. Definitely recommend the Guggenheim museum.
