Property and location were nice. Maintenance was a disappointment.
The home is nice and interior was clean. The outside was not clean. There was debris on patios and the patio and seating was covered in spiderwebs like it was Halloween (not exaggerating). As a result, we spent no time outside. The hot tub cover was broken and there was dirt in the bottom of the hot tub.
The AC did not work and they wouldn’t fix it as their main site said no AC but VRBO did not note this absence. Smoke detector batteries died in the night, waking the house.
Maintenance came to fix while we were out and then armed the house but we had no code to disarm so alarm went off with no ability to turn off. Rental company also did not have the disarm code to help us turn it off.
Overall, it’s a nice house but not well maintained. It’s a shame as it’s a very nice house with a great location.
