The property was nice and clean and communication was great except the check in process because it was not specified that we should use the side door instead of front door. We called customer desk and the person, Ally, was a bit rude and seemed to imply that we cannot follow instruction. After 2 calls, that’s when we sorted things out and was told to use the side door. Other than that, all went good.

Short stay in BB

We stayed in Big Bear with a few friends for the weekend. The cabin was so close to the mt. for the people in the group who were mt biking on the summit. We were also only a few minute away from town driving for dinner and entertainment. We had a great time overall and the cabin met our needs.

Great spot for young adults

Kitchen and living room on first floor. Second and third had huge queen sized twin beds. Dorm style staying. Great for young adults. My kids loved it. But drawback was the only 2 car parking. Everything else. Awesome
