Snow Summit Thrush 8 is in the perfect spot! Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to Snow Summit Ski Resort, shops and restaurants, and more. Walk right to the chairlift!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1080 sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, deck access to hot tub, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Upstairs has a sofa sleeper. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Relax by the cozy gas fireplace. Board games and card games. Smart TVs with cable and fast WIFI. Laundry area with side by side washer/dryer.

Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.

The place was very nice and clean. Except that the electric/gas fireplace did not work which was a key point for my booking during the snow season. It was also our 1st yr anniversary and that would have made our stay a lot more romantic.

We came for a couple nights with the family. The check in process was a bit rough. We were told to go to cool cabins to check in and get a pool key. We arrived and they let us know our cabin had no internet, which the listing had promised. The girls in the cool cabins office were little help. I asked for the pool key, and they said they didn’t have it…. I let them know we were told they did, and asked if they could look for it. The girls reluctantly walked to the box 3 feet away and got me the key. We arrived to the cabin & We had so idea where to go in the large community. we walked around for a bit with the kids and found an office… the lady let us know where to go and also let us know that we needed a parking pass, so we were lucky we stopped by the office that no one told us about…she also warned us about the coyotes and bears around the property. Told us to keep our kids and dog close. lol we finally got to our cabin, and got inside, when there was a knock at the door. It was a maintenance man from cool cabins asking to come inside to take the modem to try to fix the internet that we had already agreed to not have…. I reluctantly let him in. He took the modem and left saying he would be back soon. We were all hungry at this point as it was about 6pm. We didn’t feel like we could leave to get dinner until the man returned… it cut into our time and we did not appreciate it. Overall the place was fine. Check in was a mess. Internet never worked. Cable was spotty.

This place is a beautiful nice spot for people who love to ski and ski out pretty much it’s just a short walk to the lift and really easy accessible area. The hose was very accommodating as well as very easy to get a hold of. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Overall Great Experience

The location and space were really fantastic. There were a couple of things that caused a hiccup. 1. The fireplace was not user friendly at all. After following the instructions inside of the fireplace and looking on youtube for any other tips (because we like to be self sufficient) , we had to call the maintenance crew to show us how to light it. (Turns out-the ignitor was not working properly). The instructions need to be very detailed or perhaps the firelace replaced since the knobs were very hard to work. 2. You have to check in in 2 different locations. I location for the actual address to be given and the second location to get a parking pass. This should be in 1 location. 3. One of the mattresses was extremely hard and very uncomfortable (but that could be a preference issue) Some really great things: 1. The townhome was beautifully remodeled and well put together. The kitchen had plenty of tools for us to use. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and small toiletries. 2. The location was extremely easy to get to the slopes. It was nice to be able to go back and forth as needed or if we wanted to get a bite to eat. Perfect location. 3. Communication with the Property Manager was very easy via text message when it came to the fireplace issue and check out. I wish checking in was as easy as checking out. 4. The washer and dryer were very useful (but very loud) so no overnight laundry...but it did the job. Overall...a very positive experience.

Amazing property. We loved it

Communication was good, check-in was good, we did get to the property and the water heater was not working, but the management company had someone there to rectify the situation in less than 20 minutes. Things happen, it’s not the end of the world. I do think it’s time for a new water heater though. We will be booking again next year and staying at the same unit. We would highly recommend them.
