THE SPACE
The main living area offers a cozy mountain setting with updated wood flooring, comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. After a day exploring Big Bear, settle in by the fire or enjoy a relaxed evening at the cabin while the rest of the group spends time in the game room.

The kitchen is equipped with the basics needed for everyday meal preparation, along with a drip coffee maker for easy mornings. The home is also surrounded by dining options, with restaurants, coffee, shopping, and entertainment all within walking distance.

Outside, unwind in the private hot tub or relax on the fenced deck with the propane BBQ. One of the biggest advantages of Village Hot Spot is the location—walk into The Village for dinner, drinks, shopping, live entertainment, or an evening stroll, then head to the lake or Pine Knot Marina without needing to drive.

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.
