The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Ensure the stove and oven is turned off - Ensure there is no burning fire in the fireplace - Turn off/unplug space heaters
- Remove all perishable items - Take trash to bins next to front porch. - Wash and put away all used dishes
- Make sure the Spa is turned “Minimum”, jets/lights off, and spa temperature to 95 degrees - If the EV charger has been used, please wrap it up in clean fashion
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Quiet Hours 10:00PM - 7:00AM (City Law). Maximum of two vehicles (City Law).
I only charge pet fee if my cleaners charge me. Excessive pet damage/dirt is $50.
Pets allowed, however no puppies. Dogs must be in crate if nobody is home. City will issue you a fine if excessive barking.
