This custom upscale home was designed for the ultimate Big Bear Getaway! Centrally located, within walking distance to the Lake, Village, National Forest hiking trails, shops, and dining. Just a short 8-minute drive to the slopes.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 3,200+ sq ft home with living room, smart TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, modern style gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath. Upstairs first master suite has a king bed and private bath. Upstairs second master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and a shared Jack and Jill bathroom with the fourth bedroom. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a queen/queen bunkbed and shared Jack and Jill bathroom with the third bedroom. Game room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
